This is a great smoothie recipe with a secret ingredient... Cucumber. Trust me the husband/ kids/fussy eater won't even know they are consuming so much goodness as it tastes so yummy - all hail the humble frozen raspberry.
1 cup of frozen organic raspberries
1 packet of frozen acai (unsweetened)
2 cups of coconut water
1 small cucumber
3 tablespoons of Probiotic Kitchen Vanilla Coconut yogurt
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth and fluffy. Enjoy with a smile.
